The team will convene on Nov. 18 for training camp.

All 12 PWHL teams will begin training camp that day, although it won’t be the first taste of hockey for some players. The start of camp comes after the conclusion of the Women’s World Hockey Championships earlier that month.

Teams will have up to 32 players in camp, with 21 making the roster to start the season.

Detroit will play in a pair of scrimmages Nov. 23-24 at Morgan Firestone Arena in Ancaster, Ontario, a suburb of Hamilton.

Detroit will take on Ottawa on Nov. 23 and tourney host Hamilton on Nov.

24. Both games will start at 1:30 p.m.
